Available positions:
Direct Care Staff/Awake Night Watch - Energetic, motivated individuals to provide structure, supervision and positive role modeling skills to male residents ages 10 to 17 in a therapeutic residential treatment setting. Both novice and experienced welcome to apply. Must be 21 years of age or older. Orientation and job training provided, including CPR., First Aid and C.P.I. Texas Driver’s License and High School Diploma/G.E.D. required. Day, evening and night shifts available. Starting pay without experience -$8.50 per hour. Eight hour and sixteen hour shifts with flexible scheduling. Pre-employment criminal background screening, drug screening, and driving record check.

Some of the best staff we employ had no prior experience whatsoever in this field.
