Pegasus believes every individual and every organization should give back to the community that supports them.
The residents of Pegasus participate in a myriad of Community Service projects during their stay in Lockhart.
Community Service Projects include:
- Lawn and Marker Maintenance for several local cemeteries
- Food Distribution through local food banks
- Projects for the Golden Age Home Assisted Living and other homes for the elderly in the area
- Projects at the Lockhart State and City Parks
- Projects for local churches
- Set-up and take-down for Chisolm Trail Round-Up Celebration in Lockhart every June
- Construction of ramps and other aides for the handicapped citizens of Lockhart and surrounding areas
